Electric Aircraft Waste Collection Vehicle
The TK-ELJ1000 is a high-reach, fully electric aircraft waste collection vehicle designed to service aircraft cabin door heights from 2,400 to 5,800 mm across narrow-body and wide-body fleets.
Its 18.7 m³ waste container and 1,850 kg payload support high-volume waste handling. A hydraulic elevating work platform, 800 mm telescoping extension and TK-ASD safe docking system provide precise cabin alignment, stable elevated access and controlled low-speed aircraft approach.

Features
High-Capacity Waste Handling
An 18.7 m³ stainless-steel container and 1,850 kg payload provide high-capacity waste collection for demanding aircraft turnaround operations.
Full-Electric Drive System
A 60 kW permanent-magnet motor and 106.95 kWh LFP battery provide zero-emission apron operation with a driving range of up to 305 km.
Safe Aircraft Docking
The TK-ASD system delivers controlled low-speed approach, automatic braking 150–200 mm from the aircraft, and anti-collision protection for safe docking.
Elevating Work Platform
A hydraulic platform with a 2,400–5,800 mm working range and 800 mm telescoping extension provides precise, stable alignment with aircraft cabin doors.
Powered Waste Discharge
A hydraulically tipping container with a maximum 35.5° discharge angle and powered tailgate enables controlled, efficient waste unloading.
Integrated Waste Inlet
Electrically operated split doors provide convenient waste loading into the container, with protective structures designed to reduce spillage during operation.
Operator Control & Safety
Multi-location controls, travel/operation interlocks, emergency stop and seat-off protection help prevent unintended vehicle or platform movement.
Emergency Operation
A manual hydraulic pump and emergency lowering valves allow rapid platform retraction and vehicle evacuation without electrical power.
Aircraft Compatibility
Designed to accommodate a broad range of narrow-body and wide-body aircraft within the 2,400–5,800 mm cabin door height range.
Representative models include Airbus A319/A320/A321, A300/A310, A330/A340/A350 and A380; Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767, 777 and 787; and COMAC ARJ21 and C919.

Designed with reference to applicable GB/T 31029-2014, AC-137-CA-2015-18, AC-137-CA-2024-04R3 and IATA AHM 910/913/915 requirements for aircraft waste collection vehicles and electric ground support equipment.
