Diesel Ambulift
The TK-TD60 is a diesel-powered, self-propelled ambulift designed to transport passengers with reduced mobility between ground level and aircraft doors.
Its front platform, enclosed passenger cabin and rear lift platform provide a continuous accessible transfer route, with a working height range of 2,200–5,800 mm and a cabin rated load of 1,000 kg. A dual-scissor lifting system, diesel powertrain and TK-ASD safe-docking system support stable lifting, controlled aircraft approach and reliable airport operation.

Accessible Passenger Transfer System
The front platform, enclosed cabin and rear lift platform provide a continuous accessible transfer route for wheelchair and stretcher passengers.
Diesel Drive System
A Nissan diesel engine delivers 120 kW, 450 Nm torque, noise below 92 dB, 1,000,000 km maintenance-free operation and -40°C cold starts.
TK-ASD Safe Aircraft Docking
Distance sensors and control algorithms support low-speed aircraft approach, automatic braking and controlled stopping near the aircraft.
Safety Interlocks
Multiple interlocks cover outrigger and cabin lift, handbrake and hydraulic actuation, tail lift and drive, and platform telescopic operation with proximity sensors.
Dual-Scissor Lifting System
A dual-scissor structure with high-strength tubes and twin hydraulic cylinders with locks ensures smooth cabin raising and secure positioning at any height.
Accessible Passenger Cabin
The insulated cabin includes anti-slip flooring, wheelchair restraint rails, air conditioning, LED lighting, handrails and curtains for passenger comfort and safety.
Operator Control and Monitoring
PLC-based controls, interior and exterior operating stations, reversing sensors, camera monitoring and alarms provide clear system status and operator control.
Emergency Operation and Rapid Evacuation
Emergency electric pump and manual hand pump enable cabin lowering, platform retraction and outrigger stowage. Multiple towing points ensure rapid evacuation.
Aircraft Compatibility
Designed to accommodate a broad range of regional, narrow-body and wide-body aircraft within the 2,200–5,800 mm door height range.
Representative models include Airbus A319/A320/A321, A300/A310, A330/A340/A350 and A380; Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767, 777 and 787; and COMAC ARJ21 and C919.

Designed with reference to applicable GB/T 31028-2014, AC-137-CA, IATA AHM and civil aviation requirements for passenger boarding vehicles for persons with reduced mobility and airport ground support equipment.
