Large Diesel Pushback Tractor
The TK-QY400 is a heavy-duty, high-capacity, diesel-powered aircraft tractor designed for pushback and towing of regional, narrow-body and wide-body aircraft up to 500 tons MTOW.
Its 1,670 mm low-profile chassis supports unrestricted operation beneath large aircraft. A four-wheel-drive powertrain, four-mode all-hydraulic steering with automatic straightening, and dual cabs for bi-directional operation deliver stable high-traction towing, precise low-speed control and exceptional apron maneuverability.

High-Traction Drive System
A 316 kW diesel engine, four-wheel drive, and heavy-duty transmission deliver 420 kN of controlled drawbar pull for 500-tonne aircraft.
Multi-Mode Steering and Auto-Straightening
Electronically selectable front, rear, four-wheel and crab steering with automatic straightening ensures straight-line tracking after turns.
Dual-Cab Bi-Directional Operation
Front and rear cabs allow convenient driving direction switching, delivering exceptional maneuverability in congested apron areas.
Elevating Cab with Anti-Collision Protection
The front cab lifts 700 mm with an anti-collision switch that automatically lowers it upon obstacle contact to prevent aircraft impact.
Operator Visibility and Monitoring
Panoramic cab visibility, front/rear cameras, adjustable tow-hook mirrors and a tow-hook light ensure safe, confident operation.
Safety Redundancy & Interlocks
Triple-circuit brakes, dual-line hydraulic braking, emergency steering, emergency stop and electrical interlocks prevent misoperation.
High Availability & Independent Cooling
Engine, transmission, hydraulics and air conditioning each feature independent coolers for reliable continuous apron operation.
Compact Low-Profile Heavy-Duty Chassis
At just 1,670 mm high, the rugged chassis with hydraulic jacks enables operation beneath large aircraft and easy maintenance.

Designed for pushback and towing operations involving regional, narrow-body and wide-body aircraft up to 500 t MTOW.
Representative aircraft include Airbus A318/A319/A320/A321, A300/A310 and A330/A340; Boeing 727, 737 Classic/NG, 747, 757, 767, 777 and 787; as well as MD-80/MD-90, MD-11, ERJ-145, E190, Fokker 50/100, MA60 and An-124 aircraft within the stated MTOW range.
